2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated Accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. winmy13 reserves the right to close all related Accounts and forfeit associated balances if multiple Account ownership is detected.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and Malaysian mobile number. Any material misrepresentation constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.
2.5 KYC Verification. winmy13 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKAD (Malaysian identity card) or valid passport, and proof of payment method ownership, before withdrawal privileges are enabled. winmy13 may request updated KYC documents at any time.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. winmy13 staff will never ask for your password. You must notify winmy13 immediately via Live Chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all Bets placed and all transactions. winmy13 shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, place Bets on your behalf, or receive winnings accrued under your Account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winmy13 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability. All transactions are conducted in MYR. winmy13 does not charge Members for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the cashier page within your Account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. eWallet withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours. winmy13 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or security reviews.
4.4 Currency. All Account balances, Bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR. winmy13 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits and does not operate multi-currency wallets.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. winmy13 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. winmy13 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any Bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations involving system errors, odds compilation errors, or suspicious betting patterns.
5.2 Errors and Manifestly Incorrect Odds. Where a Bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds — whether due to a technical error, human error, or pricing fault — winmy13 reserves the right to void that Bet and refund the stake to your Account wallet. winmy13 will not honour winnings resulting from clearly erroneous odds.
5.3 Event Cancellations. If a sporting event covered by the winmy13 sportsbook is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not proceed as scheduled, the specific settlement rules published for that event type in the Platform's Betting Rules documentation shall apply. In the absence of specific rules, stakes will generally be refunded.
5.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to potential delay between the time a bet is placed and the time it is accepted, due to network latency. winmy13 does not accept liability for bets placed on events where the relevant outcome has already been determined at the time the bet is received by our servers, even if the result was not known to the Member at the time of placement.

6.3 Abuse. winmy13 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. 10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winmy13 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, whether or not winmy13 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 winmy13's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
winmy13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the Platform's operating entity is licensed, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
